Nadezhda Ermakova has met with the parliamentary delegation of the Republic of South AfricaOn 20 October 2006 Ms. Nadezhda Ermakova, Deputy Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Standing Committee for Economy, Budget and Finances who also chairs the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Association of Women met with the Parliamentary delegation of the Republic of South Africa headed by the Speaker of the country’s National Assembly Ms. Baleka Mbete.
The parties discussed the development of women’s movement in the two countries as well as the role played by the woman-mother in the society and decision-making.
