Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference delegation visits Council of the RepublicFebruary 1, 2007, the delegation of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) headed by Mr. Zhou Keren, Vice Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of CPPCC, visited the Council of Republic. The members of the delegation met with Mr. Nikolai Cherginets, Chairman Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs and National Security, and Mrs. Natalia Andreichik, Chairperson Standing Committee for Legislation and State Administration, Deputy Head of the Working Group on Cooperation with the National Peoples Congress of the People’s Republic of China. Mrs. Tatyana Kravchenko, Member of the Standing Committee for Demographic Security and Social Development, also took part in the meeting.
