Gennady Novitsky has met with the Speaker of the Kaliningrad Regional Duma On December 13, 2006 the Chairman of the National Assembly Council of the Republic Mr. Gennady  Novitsky met with the Speaker of the Kaliningrad Regional Duma Mr. Sergey Bulychev. 
The Speaker of the Kaliningrad legislative assembly informed his Belarusian colleague about the socio-economic situation in the Kaliningrad Region and the strategy to build up the Region’s economic potential.
The parties also discussed issues pertaining to the development of inter-parliamentary ties between the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Council of the Republic and the Kaliningrad Regional Duma. Sergey Bulychev suggested signing a relevant cooperation agreement.
At the end of the meeting Sergey Bulychev invited Gennady Novitsky to be his guest in the Region to determine specific ways of bilateral parliamentary interaction. |
