Graduated from N.I.Kuibyshev Byelorussian State Institute of National Economy (Economist).

After finishing Pinsk Accounting Technical College worked as a Credit Inspector, a Senior Credit Inspector, a Deputy Manager of Khotimsk Division of the State Bank, Mogilev Province; a Deputy Manager of Kirovsk Division of the State Bank, Mogilev Province; a Manager of Shklov Division of the State Bank, Mogilev Province; a Deputy Chairperson of Shklov Region Executive Committee; the Chairperson of the Planning Committee of Shklov Region Executive Committee; the Head of the Financial Department of Shklov Region Executive Committee; the Manager of Shklov Branch of “Severo-Zapad” Commercial Bank; the Manager of Shklov Division of “BelArgroPromBank”; a Deputy Chairperson of the Board, Joint Stock Savings Bank “Belarusbank”.
