Boris Batura meets with delegation of Moscow Province September 18, 2007 Mr Boris Batura, Member of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic for Economy, Budget and Finances, Chairman of  Mogilev Province Executive Committee, met with a delegation of Moscow Province. Following the results of the meeting Mr Batura  said that Moscow Province was the second largest trade partner of Mogilev Province among regions of the Russian Federation. Its share in the volume of foreign trade with the Russian Federation in January — July of the present year made up almost 13 %. However, the both parties still show a considerable potential for developing trade and economic relations, Mr Batura accented. “For promoting cooperation it is necessary to strengthen the ties between the economic agents of the two regions,” Mr Batura added.
Within the two days the members of the Working Group on Cooperation of Belarus and Moscow Province of the Russian Federation considered various offers of the parties and made several decisions aimed at further development of bilateral relations. |
