Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic for Legislation and State Administration Mr Yevgeny Smirnov at the meeting with the Vietnam Parliamentary Delegation

On 12 December 2011 Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus for Legislation and State Administration Mr Yevgeny Smirnov took part in the meeting with the Vietnam parliamentary delegation headed by Chairperson of the Committee on Law of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic Vietnam Mr Nguyen Van Hien which took place at the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. Chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives for Legislation, Judicial and Legal Issues Mr Nikolay Samoseyko participated in the meeting as well.

Mr Nikolay Samoseyko and Mr Yevgeny Smirnov exchanged the legislative work experience with the Vietnamese colleagues and informed them on the competences of the Standing Committees they head, as well as about the cooperation of the Parliament of the Republic of Belarus with the executive branch of power.
